Certified Valuations, Inc. has been in the revaluation field since 1976 on a full-time basis. Its President, Charles J. Femminella, Jr. has a impressive and practical background, having been Senior Appraiser for the Local Property Tax Bureau earlier in his career and having taught Real Property Appraisal as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University for 20 years where he authored Real Property Appraisal I and II.

Certified Valuations, Inc. employs over 50 men and women and maintains three offices at this time; two offices in Randolph Township and one in Toms River, New Jersey.

Certified Valuations, Inc. has ten (10) Certified and Licensed Appraisers of which eight (8) possess a Tax Assessor Certificate (CTA). In addition, there are currently twenty three (23) field inspectors with various degrees of experience toward licensing. The MAI designation is held by Richard Mupo, who has over 17 years of experience.   All employees are encouraged to take Real Estate Appraisal and Assessing courses and many are in the process of obtaining an Apprentice License from the Appraisal Board.

Many graduates of Certified Valuations, Inc. have taken substantial positions as appraisers and Assessors utilizing their training from our staff.
